This incredible mum of two has not only reflected an outstanding physical transformation but amongst juggling parenting, work and study she found the drive to make the biggest change of all; her mindset & outlook on life. “I started this journey as I knew I needed to change my mindset. After two kids and overlooking my body due to parenting/ work/ study demands my weight slowly inclined and I lacked the motivation to act! But when I saw the #TRMSBC I thought what better way to kick-start a change than with the motivation of a trip to my bucket list location Yosemite! And it worked!! However, I wasn’t expecting these changes to stick as nothing has previously. This journey has not only given me my confidence and fitness back; it’s changed the way I look at life completely!

As a nurse, I care for people who often destroy their bodies with poor choices. I always knew these poor choices but still made them. Not anymore! My body needs and deserves nourishing. And that’s what I think now when preparing a meal for both myself and my family. I now consider how my body is going to use that food choice and is it beneficial? After 8 weeks, I can happily say I no longer crave snacks, no longer crave sweets, wake up keen to workout not dreading it, knowing those endorphins are worth it! It’s been such an amazing transformation and I’m happier, healthier and more motivated than ever to be the best possible version and role model for my kids. My body has changed miraculously but my mindset and lifestyle changes are by far the most inspiring to chase bigger and better goals. Thanks, TRM x”
