Tradie, Jeremy Butler was the first person to complete level 5 on The Robards Method! On his journey, he lost over 20kg and gained incredible strength and respect for the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. “The older I get, the better I feel. This is not a ‘before and after’, it’s a ‘then and now’ because I’m not done yet. Two years of The Robards Method and a clean(ish) diet is all it took. I hope my body thanks me for all my hard work.” Jeremy definitely wasn’t done yet, he has gone on to achieve incredible things, not only has his whole family embraced his passion for health, he built a fantastic training facility in his backyard and hosts regular “bar nights” for locals. Today he is constantly pushing the boundaries in what he can achieve with his new love for fitness and nutrition and in true TRM spirit, Jeremy freely shares his journey with regular advice for new members. I was a new dad and wanted to fit my workout in at home to help my lovely wife. I was also motivated to be able to muck around with my kids as they grow and have fun and surf. I’ve got to say I feel fitter, healthier and more flexible than ever at age 38. I have learnt so much and at the same time I’m excited to keep learning and growing. At the end of 10 weeks, I stand 2kg heavier of lean muscle mass. I found the formation of the TRM App really assisted me in always reaching those numbers and keeping on track.”
