My training focus is now on crucial areas like mobility, flexibility and building a strong base to work through the levels and realise my body’s potential. In the past, I did not spend time on these key areas, making progress and commitment hard, and injuries common. I joined the TRM program post-Hernia surgery (May 2017) for rehabilitation and build core strength to prevent further hernia injuries. I realised that I love this training style far more than lifting heavy weights.
